Our experience at this hotel was positive. the location is convenient, with easy access to both the motorway and scenic countryside. the rooms are well-furnished and the swimming pool is a nice addition. We found the restaurant to be excellent with good menu options and a top-rated chef. the cost is also reasonable for what is provided.
One guest reported issues with the AC and mold in their room.

For our Easter holiday, we found a great base in the charming countryside of the Appenines. The hotel we stayed in was very well-furnished, adding a touch of luxury to our trip. We particularly enjoyed the excellent restaurant with a top-rated chef, where we indulged in a range of delicious meals from the menu. Another advantage was the great swimming pool which was ideal for lounging in the sun. What's more, the hotel was easily accessible from the main motorway network, making it a convenient location.
We did have a few issues during our stay. We had trouble with the air conditioning unit which didn't work properly and made a lot of noise.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were very well furnished and the hotel facilities were fantastic, especially the swimming pool and loungers. We also enjoyed the excellent restaurant which had a good menu and a top rate chef. Additionally, the location was perfect for us as it was just a short driving distance from the main motorway network and close to scenic countryside and Europe's highest waterfall. We were pleased to find that all this came at a very reasonable cost.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

Great holiday base for exploring the area! We loved the well-furnished rooms and fantastic swimming pool with plenty of loungers. the restaurant was impressive with its top-rated chef and fantastic menu, making our Christmas dinner unforgettable. the hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to the main motorway and stunning scenic countryside. We also enjoyed hiking to Europe's highest waterfall nearby.
The air conditioning in our room didn't work at all, and the staff's response was disheartening. They showed us other rooms with mold on the walls and the same AC problem.
